NEDŽAD HAJTIĆ
Deputy Auditor General

Born on 19 March 1973 in Zavidovići, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Holds a Bachelor’s  Degree in Economics and from the Faculty of Economics of the University in Sarajevo. Is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Auditor.

Mr. Hajtic begins his professional career in 1999 as a Financial Police Inspector in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2006 he first becomes an expert advisor in the Federal Ministry of Finance and then the Head of the Department for International Cooperation, Finance, Statistics and Actuarial Science at the Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Joins the Audit Office of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2008 first as a financial auditor, then as a senior financial auditor. In 2016 Mr. Hajtic assumes the position of the Head of the Financial Audit Department and in 2021 becomes the Head of the Financial Audit Methodology and Quality Control Department.

As a lecturer on behalf of the Audit Office, he has participated in several seminars and training courses in the fields of auditing, financial management and control, and public procurement.

The Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina appointed Mr. Hajtic Deputy Auditor General of the Audit Office of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in June  2023.
